Dr. Yossi Olmert, the brother of Israel’s Prime Minister, Ehud Olmert, recently visited with Pastors Scott and Cindy Thomas and the Without Walls Central congregation for the annual “Day of Prayer and Solidarity for Israel” sponsored by the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

This first annual event was held Thursday, October 26, 2006 at the LakelandCenter’s Youkey Theatre. Over 1,500 Christians and Jews were in attendance and enjoyed a night of special music by the Without Walls Central Choir and Band and international recording artist, Paul Wilbur. Senior Pastor Scott Thomas of Without Walls Central spearheaded this event and delivered a powerful and convicting speech to all those in attendance, proclaiming united solidarity and support forIsrael. Also included in the evening were inspiring and encouraging speeches from Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, Founder of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews and Dr. Yitschak Ben Gad, Israeli Consulate General.
